What happens once I place my order?
You should receive a confirmation email within the hour. We do our best to process orders for shipping in 2 to 3 business days (mon-fri). The medicines are carefully packed and must clear Indian customs for export. This can take up to three working days and we ask for your understanding. Once your order has been processed for shipping, your order will be filled and shipped to you via Trackable Delivery. The shipping times are: 8-20 business days AFTER processing is complete. Please understand that postal services may not operate as fast as they do in your home country.
I have placed the order but the processor declined my payment, my credit card works perfect, what might be wrong? All credit card transactions are made through the banking system. If your credit card is not accepted you will have to call your bank and verify the problem. We use a number of anti-fraud systems to reduce online fraud and so it is very important to enter details correctly.
I`ve made an order, but didn`t get any confirmation, why is that?
We
always notify customers about their order status via email, however some emails might fail because of the customer`s anti-spam security. If this happens, you need to login to the Quality Online Generics website and check the status of your order on your private secure page. If there is still a problem with confirmation, please
contact us to resolve the matter.
How are the medications shipped?
The medications themselves are in their original blister and foil packaging with expiry date and drug name and strength printed on the blister pack. But NOT in their original box for shipping reasons. Please note that for orders over 90 pills, more than one package will be sent and that they may well arrive on different days.
If you receive a customs notice and do not wish to present a prescription, just let us know, sending a copy of the customs notice, and we will re-ship. Remember, it is 100% legal to import 90 days supply of non-controlled medications for personal use in many nations - but NOT all.
How can your prices be so low?
We keep our prices low and our quality of the highest level, simply by reducing costs where possible. This is achieved with low margins, batch shipping, more returning customers, and having no physical distribution centre. By working online, we save on rent fees, employees, equipment, and pass the savings on to you.
What are generic medications?
A generic medication is the same as a brand-name medication in dosage, safety, strength, how it is taken, quality, performance and intended use.
Are generic medications as safe as brand-name medications?
Yes. Since generics use the same active ingredients and are shown to work the same way in the body, they have the same risks and benefits as their brand-name counterparts.
Do generic medications take longer to work in the body?
No. Generic medications work in the same way and in the same amount of time as brand-name medications.
Why are generic medications less expensive?
Generic medications are less expensive because generic manufacturers do not have the investment costs of the developer of a new medication. New medications are developed under patent protection. Once generic medications are approved, there is greater competition, which keeps the price down. Today, almost half of all prescriptions are filled with generic medications. In addition, countries such as India have different patent protection laws, making it possible and
legal to manufacture and sell medications still under patent protection.
Are brand-name medications made in more modern facilities than generic medications?
No. Generic firms have facilities comparable to those of brand-name firms. In fact, brand-name firms are linked to an estimated 50 percent of generic medication production. They frequently make copies of their own or other brand-name medications off-shore but sell them without the brand name. Some of the generic medicines you buy in your pharmacy in Australia, the USA and the UK are manufactured by companies such Cipla, Dr Reddy, Sunpharma and other Indian firms - the very same firms who supply us. We encourage you to Google these firms - all have significant web presences and Wikipedia entries.
If brand-name medications and generic medications have the same active ingredients, why do they look different?
Trademark laws do not allow a generic medication to look exactly like the brand-name medication. However, a generic medication must duplicate the active ingredient. Colors, flavors, and certain other inactive ingredients may be different.
How can I be sure of the quality of medications?
The pharmaceuticals we provide are obtained from legitimate pharmaceutical wholesalers who are directly supplied by pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities that are audited in accordance with strict WHO GMP guidelines and are also required to be ISO 9001 Quality Systems Certified so you can be sure you are getting the same medication you would receive in your neighbourhood pharmacy. In addition, our wholesaler is a member of the Federation of Indian Export Organization and the Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council.
